Now in it’s 8th year, this program is one of a kind. It combines eastern methods and western knowledge offering participants ways of coping with chronic pain that many have described as life-changing.

                               Nine Dragon Baguazhang

A unique form of self-defense based on the Daoist philosophy. People of all ages can come and learn effective methods of martial skill while building health and inner strength. Participants can be part of an ancient tradition, complete with philosophy, meditation and real-world combat training.
